How to Set Up IPTV on Fire TV Stick (2026 Guide)

The Fire TV Stick is the easiest and most affordable way to turn any TV with an HDMI port into an IPTV screen. It’s also the device our customers use most, so our support team knows it inside out.

What you need

• An Amazon Fire TV Stick (Lite, HD, 4K or 4K Max) or a Fire TV smart TV
• Your login details from us on WhatsApp (username, password and server URL)
• An internet connection of at least 10 Mbps for HD, or 25 Mbps for 4K

Step-by-step setup

1. Install a player app. From the Fire TV home screen go to Find → Search, type the name of the player app we recommend on WhatsApp, and install it.
2. If the app isn’t in the Appstore, install the free Downloader app instead. Then go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps and switch Downloader On. Open Downloader and enter the app link we send you.
3. Open the player and choose Login with Xtream Codes API (sometimes labeled “Xtream” or “XC”).
4. Enter your details exactly as they appear in your WhatsApp message: any profile name, then your username, password and server URL.
5. Wait for the channels and TV guide to load. The first load can take a minute or two.
6. Start watching. Open Live TV, pick a category and choose a channel.

Tips for the best picture

• Use the 5 GHz Wi-Fi network if your router has one, or add an Ethernet adapter for the most stable stream.
• Restart the stick once a week (Settings → My Fire TV → Restart) to clear memory.
• On the 4K and 4K Max models, set Display → Video Resolution to Auto for the sharpest image.
